• Response time for STAT exams, is 2 hours.
  
  
• All STAT results are faxed and your facility is contacted, within 2 hours of the exam.
  
  
• One dedicated technologist will be assigned to your facility.
  
  
• "Floating" technologists are available for return trips to your facility without delay.
  
  
• All ultrasound exams are performed the day of your request.
  
  
• All results are faxed and your facility is contacted with the results, for your immediate attention.
  
  
• All exams are interpreted by well known Board Certified Radiologists/Cardiologists.
  
  
• Results are detailed and concise. No vague or equivocal interpretations.
  
  
• All Digital Images can be viewed online or a CD can be hand delivered within 24 hours of your request, for Orthopedic and Pulmonary clinics.
  
  
• Phones are manned by Specialty Portable X-Ray employees at all times, offering true 24 hour service. We do not use an answering service or beeper.
  
  
• Monthly statistics are provided to administration, to track trends, utilization, etc.
  
  
• Timely, easy to read, PPS monthly billing information, is provided to your comptroller.
  
  
• One personal contact assigned to your comptroller and staff to maintain accurate billing cycles.
  
  
• A Supervising Technologist personally visits your facility weekly, to review any concerns or thoughts your staff may have.
